"During the submission of data across the eight required QS Stars standards, we identified gaps in several internal processes, particularly those that were not fully integrated into our in-house developed Learning Management System (LMS).

These gaps were addressed promptly. As a result, our LMS now includes dedicated applications that enable the extraction and download of institutional data for reporting and institutional research purposes. The data prepared for QS Stars also provided valuable insights that strengthened our continuous improvement framework."
